Map is finished and empty after death!

I'm playing SSF, and I was towards the end of a T15 5 mod map (2 TPs) when I was facing the map boss when I died before I could finish him off (skill issue, I know). I went back into the map after my death and upon entry there were 0 monsters left and the boss is dead with no loot drops - but map is complete! It's as if I never ran this map.. has anyone else encountered this ?

Map is gone when you die at bossfight..

The first time you go to the boss fight, there is a message saying this..

Simply do the boss at last..

No loot may be a filter issue..
