Server update bricked my citadel

I was playing a citadel (one that i invested some divs into a tablet for redoing it) and the server got down for maintenance. Now i've relogged and lost the map, and i can't even try it again. Is it supposed to be like that? Have i just got F'd?

Back on topic, the maps or instances are only active for 15 mins, that doesnt mean you have 15 mins to complete your map. The instances are stored on the server 15 mins. So if you leave a map and come back 30 mins later to your hideout then the map will be unloaded from your map device if that makes sense. I understand that. But i got kicked out by the server maintenance, i did not log off the instance myself. This bricked my atlas and lost me many divines. I'm anking if the support can help me with restoring the citadel status.
I could not log on any sooner, since the server was down. So, i will repeat my question (which no one answered), did i just got F'ing destroyed? is there any way to repair my atlas? |
