Some monsters able to still block even while frozen/stunned

I've noticed some monsters are able to still block while stunned/frozen. The two monsters that I've personally noticed are the 'Farudan Infantry' and the 'Farudan Heavy Infantry'. There could be more but this is all I've noticed.
