Eternal youth + life flask occasionally bugged - cannot recover energy shield

I'm using eternal youth notable, sometimes my life flask just won't recover my energy shield when I activate it. and my hp won't regen either.
it will stuck like that for the whole map, had to port back to town to recover from well. Anyone have this problem or is it just me?

Update: after unspec eternal youth, problems remains, ES does not regen, and life flask does not recover my hp, until I port back to town or start a new map.
