"This support can't be socketed into this skill" bug

All recquirements are met.
Already seen bug several times before, used to be logging off/on would fix it but not anymore.
There is a workaround, you can still cut them gem from the "all gem" tab and socket it manually into the skill but yea I'm pretty sure there is some bug going on here
