Points Atlas bug

A few days ago, I tried to complete a quest in the Corrupted Nexus on a 4+ map. I killed the boss, but the quest was not completed and I did not receive the book with 5 points. Today I updated the game to 0.2.0h and after logging into the game I found that the quest is now for 6+ map, but there are no points. Now I have 14 for the first two quests and two unique maps. What should I do?)

A book with two Atlas points didn't fall out on the unique map Untainted Paradise either.
