Constant Instance crashes

Whenever I die and the zone resets, game kicks me out and says cant join instance. Whenever I change zones (probably if its the first time joining that zone) game kicks me out and says cant join instance. Problem persists after changing server,
verifying the integrity, reinstalling the game. A week ago I did not have this problem.

Problem seems to be character related. The only character I have problem is then new ranger that I created in SSF Dawn of the hunt league. IDK why that is relevant but it seems like it is.

Nevermind, problem is now present in all characters. Deleted steam version and standalone version is the same.
