Ascension tokens dissapearance

Hi,

In the last two days, I've made some attempts at ascension trials in act2+ and act3+ with some trial limited tokens.

In all cases, when I did not finish the trial be it by failure or instance crash, the token were deleted whatever the quantity of remaining trials on those tokens.

I'm now stuck with no tokens (inscribed ultimatums in particular with the mission to complete chaos trial impossible to finish). Is there a way to get some tokens back?
