Missing textures and can't use attack and skills on xbox.

Hello, opening the inventory and navegate to the skills tree in maps more offen, after close it the most of the textures are gone, barely i can see the movement of the character. Can be fixed only relogin.

Very offen i can't attack or use any skill, just move around like for 5,6 seconds after. Can't figure out exactly why this happens, but it seems after use skills in quick succession, Im using lightning spear and glacial spear.
