Blink doesn't work - Unique map

My blink doesn't work on weapon swap 2 in the unique map "The Phaaryl Megalith" This has happened every time I run this map. Sometimes the portal doesn't work as well. It says I'm in a boss fight when I'm not. Re-logging seems to fix this.
