Fix priest of the sun

Not only does the priest of the sun have a 10 second beam but the can also fire through walls. Please fix this

Havnt had it go through walls for me. Tho i agree at least the Speed of its rotation needs to be reduced, its basically a lock on alot of times.

It can burn through "walls" that are props/doodads like rocks and pillars. It doesn't go through actual walls.
