Has Recombinator changed since last patch?!

Obvoiusly a bit a of a whinge here.

I just did 23 recombinations with %'s of 18-20.5% on some certain body armour and I ONLY GOT 1 SUCCESSFUL. THE MATH HERE DOES NOT STACK UP. 3 div worth of materials for this.

I was doing these exact same recombinations and getting at the worst 2 out of 12.

Unsure if something has broken in recombinator but my experience with it in the same parameters has COMPLETELY changed and I am now going to stop wasting my minimal amount of currency on it. very. annoying.
