Black Crow boss cant be killed

2nd time in a row, crow dont proceed with getting the bell and move to 3rd area. For severall minutes he is just chasing me with 5% hp and it is not possible to turget him at all. Only choice is to die to leave the map.

Cant do damage to the crow after bringing him down to 5% in the second phase.
