Combust Stacks Consumed by Raise Shield

Currently, combust stacks granted by the Temper Weapon ascendancy passive on the Smith of Kitava are being consumed by the Raise Shield skill, even when not supported by any gem that would cause it to be considered a melee attack skill. With the current wording it shouldn't work even if the raise skill gem did have the attack tag as the temper weapon tooltip specifies Main Hand Weapon.
