Spirit issue and gem spirit is this a bug or what’s the fix plz help

I sent it to GGG for help told me to post it here. Afternoon, don’t know how to explain this but I’m limited Indoing what I can with my gems when it comes to spirit. I have the necessary spirit but when I try to add a gem with spirit it goes red (cast on critical to be specific) Plz assist in any way possible
