Game crash

Hello
I have got a problem with PoE2.
For yesterday i cannot start game. Launcher start work.. the game window is show... but sunddely get close.
I tre starte game again and again without results.
Restart pc don't help. Reinstal game don't help.
From this time I start game twice but in result it takes really bad quality of textures... With low fps (12-20)
I try low game requirements but it doesn't help too.My computer does not have high temperatures on GPU and is not loaded with processes. Until yesterday there were no major problems with the game.
