Cant access my character.

Hi! I was in trial of chaos and got a msg from someone wanting to buy a item from me so i teleport out and made the trade. The jumped back in the portal and now im stuck on the loading screen for Trials of chaos.
I have closed down the game. Still same loading screen.
I have tried other characters and they work.
