POE2 is crashing when i take my scepter off and put it back on.

I just take my scepter off and put it back on, and it drops my game every time, + it shows me the wrong intelligence values. I have 35% attribute reduction on it but it doesn't work.

Edit: It's not when i put it on, it's when i want to give gems in to it or look stats in skills, it should have 89int because of 35% attribute reduction, but it's not working and need from me 138int, bugged!!!! when i take it off and on and wanna look stats game dropped every time, so far 10x drops, any server.

I'm having the same issue but I don't know that the item is bugged necessarily.
