Reduced Attribute Requirements on Sceptres

When a sceptre has the suffix "Reduced Attribute Requirements" it does not apply to it's inherent skill, for example "Purity of Lightning".

The inherent skill can still be used with less attributes, but no support gems can be socketed into the sceptre's inherent skill.

This defeats the purpose of having that suffix on the sceptre, and I hope this is not intended!

1 Purchase another object that will give you the attributes required
2 Equip the object
3 Socket the gems
4 Equip back your original object
