Attribute Suffixes are not being calculated on the Omen Sceptre

The 33 Int on my sceptre randomly decided to not count. Now I'm unable to use my other pieces of gear. I replaced the sceptre with another one and the attributes are not being counted but the Malice is available in the skill section. Not sure why the suffix isn't being applied.
