There is no way to pick up items.

There is a light beam, but no items are showing up, I am playing on a PS5 console. So I can't pick up items. When I turn off the filter, nothing shows up. I have changed the filter many times, but it doesn't work. Please tell me what I should do, or should I just give up on this game, after all, it's unplayable without being able to pick up items.

Check your options for Toggle Highlighting and toggle it.

I tried it, but it didn't work. I changed the map during normal gameplay and the problem of not being able to pick up items occurred. So there is no problem of changing the settings.
