Bugged Affliction/Boon Outcome

This is a first time occurrence for me. The game usually parses this fine but for whatever reason I got afflicted when my active boons should have prevented it. I know, its not a show-stopper, but its odd that Deceptive Mirror was applied upon room entry when I should have actually been awarded a Major Boon instead.
