Lost a Reliquary Key from server disconnect

my unlucking timing with the disconnect.

i looted a reliquary key, and went into the vault.
walking towards the chest, i got "disconnected from server". in a panick i quickly tried to reconnect, only to end up in my hideout. checking the map device and inventory, i have lost my key.

is there anyway to get it back ? or is it a gg no key ?
or is there someone to contact about this.
because i am so devastated to lose a potential big item like that, in that way.
