Incompletable ritual zone in the map Channel

Hello
I was playing a Channel map with Ritual. I found the first ritual zone and started doing it. I cleared every enemy around except for the stone soldiers (I believe they're called terracotta soldiers) that literally spawned in the middle of the ritual tree thingy. I assume that made them never revive and resulted in an incompletable ritual but I am not sure.
