Passive Skill points

Setting weapon set 1 skill points and weapons set 2 skill points.
In any order, setting all set 1 or set 1 as well as set 2 after applying it is not fully seeing the changes, If you exit out the changes will stay.
however making a single change resets the entire passive tree back to over all set with no set 1 or 2, will show the color changes or set 1 and 2 on tree but nothing is active.
