Still extremly long to load atlas map (sometimes not even working) and not able to zoom out enough

After progressing the atlas a bit, trying to go back to some area (with notemark) it often does not work, have to scroll around and sometimes after few minutes it can retrieve it, if not just leave some fog.

Also i am not sure why but i can barely zoom out, thought was a fix applied to it.

Yep, I'd also like to zoom out more. at least double the amount of what it is now.
