Loading screen, permanent

On one of my characters I attempted to teleport to a party members instance of The Drowned City. Ever since, I have been stuck on the loading screen. Even after closing the client several times, I am simply unable to login to this character. Others I can login without issue.

Character name: ForeignInvader, located at Drowned city (forever).

Update: unable to join any hideout from other characters to trade, same issue.
