Xbox steaming springs map infinity loading please fix

Seems like ever time I try this map this my second posting about this

I avoid several maps for this reason, play on Xbox ex and I have to force quit the game, sometimes several times in order to load in. The springs map is the worst. I'm a lvl 96 and many times I'm fighting invisible mobs in a invisible map, Some of the best fps I've experienced. The XP death penalty is ridiculous especially when the make is glitching, can't progress with my leveling, I should be able to play maps in my lvl range and not "easy" lower tier maps.
