dark effigy projectile causing game latency to spike

if dark effigy shoots enough projectiles on screen it freezes my game and my latency spikes up to +10,000m. after waiting on a frozen screen for five minutes the game closes and rollsbacks everything you got from the map.

please fix and buff lich :D
