stuck loading map

Infinite loading screen after trying to access sump map. Restarted game, restarted console, deleted saved data, changed servers. Nothing works. Please help!

Resolved the issue by logging into a different character and accessing the open map (sump). The character successfully loaded the map. I then logged out and then into the character stuck at the loading screen, which then too successfully accessed the map. Hope this helps someone out there that has similar issue.
