temporal chain flicker bug

ok so im in end game and the game is running fine but....BUT! every time i get temporal chain my game starts to lag, flicker and run the same frame 3 to 10 times before teleporting me to the spot i was walking to if i get shrine of speed it gets worse. when im done the flicker is still there and i need to restart the game.

obs! i can have 40 to 50 mobs exploding on my screen while moving and its smooth af but this ......... it just dosent work

please fix this
