Adonia's Ego - Pinnacle of Power

Pinnacle of Power is uncastable when Adonia's Ego is in off hand.
When changing instances, Pinnacle of Power becomes unbound from keyboard and is replaced with Power Siphon when Adonia's Ego is in off hand When Pinnacle of Power is active, it deactivates when Adonia's Ego is put in offhand. Último bump em 15 de jun. de 2025 20:50:17

Having the same issue with Power Siphon. I am also not sure if this is intended, but Pinnacle of Power buff is removed when weapon swapping.

Yeah, I'm trying also stuff... I only can collect over 3+ when I am currently using adonias ego in mainhand... Even if I should have 4+ charges even without carrying adonias ego in mainhand... Bug?!?
