Latest patch broke Cast on Crit!

I checked with other people before reporting it as a bug and it seems others are having the same issue.

Cast on Crit skills are triggering way less since the patch. I would estimate that my damage was cut in half at the very least. Not sure what changed, but my crit chance is still at 100%. It's just that the skills don't trigger, not from CoC nor from Choir of the Storms. They trigger occasionally, but it's few and far between, not something you can build around.

Same on Xbox Series X, I hit 1/4 the damage that I qas doing, various new crahes also, man this update is making me quit the game, almost impossible to play on Xbox Series X now
