Issue with map display shining +1 after update

After updating 0.21, regarding shining +1 level, I didn't show that the level took effect after putting the exchange stone. The exchange stone increased by 15 levels and the exchange stone was the same as level 14. It showed level 79 and level 16 exchange stone showed level 80. Is this a display error or something else? What reason

Have the same problem. Lvl 15 maps shows monsters lvl 79 in shining maps and xp raise too slow.

Irradiated Maps are also affected. Tier 15 Map allways shows monster level 79, doesn't matter if you have irradiated on it or not.
