The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour / Soul core bugged?

I just lost a 20d Heroic Calamity to a bug where if I teleport anywhere while a soul core is equipped to the body the body gets deleted. I ending up buying a new one thinking I accidentally deleted the item while holding it on my cursor but the same thing happened when I zoned to a map again.

At this point I relogged and the body came back equipped but without the soul cores inside. I tested again by zoning a few more times and nothing happened. I then added soulcores to the body and zoned again and this time it was once again deleted. I relogged and it was returned but without the soul cores inside... I have videos of it happening but not sure how to post here. I also need to report this so I can hopefully get refunded my body or money considering its a bug..

Any help please.
