[0.2.1] Crossbows reload two times

After 0.2.1 patch, when you change your bolt into an empty bolt, the animation occurs twice: one for changing the bolt, another for reloading it.

The pacing now feels odd compared to pre 0.2.1. I couldn't find this change in patch notes. Idk if it's a bug.
