skills have bugged

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue in the game: my skills have bugged out. I have no information about them, I can't equip or use them at all.

First, I tried repairing the game, then I reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. I would like to ask for this issue to be investigated and resolved, as I'm currently unable to play because of it.
