Bug in the RESISTANCES ?

The game does not count the resitance to all elemental resistances and in the case of my cold not even count all of them (some are added with runes.
Checked several times - I should have 76 cold r. but it just shows 34!

Anybody else has similar issues ?
And no I have no reduction from some items.

In endgame you have 40% less all elemental resistances global debuff
