half health bug?

sometimes when im playing my health bar gets capped at random numbers and it wont let me heal or fix unless i close the game... this happened a few times now and needs to be fixed.
After a full save quit the bug persists and i am now incapable of fully healing. im playing lich and have the "eternal life" node but it wouldnt cap my health at 40% and prevent healing like it is doing now.

Is this a bug for PoE 1 or PoE 2?

If PoE 1, I'd recommend unhiding your character so we can look at your characters.

If PoE 2, you should post in PoE 2 Bug Reports. Cannot view your characters there yet unfortunately and I'm personally not sure what can cause that except for no regen map modifier.

i genuinly cannot find the poe 2 forums... they all lead to poe 1.... it is for poe 2 and i spent 10 mins in hideout trying to fix, even after a save quit its still a problem... i cant play the game with half health

This is what Eternal Life does. Your life cannot change while you have Energy Shield.
