Traded Item Dissapeared after server crush(EU server)

Got an Amulet for 450D.
Got back to my hideout.
Got the Amulet on my self.
Client curshed(EU server)
Logged back to find my old Amulet in the place of the new one.
The new Amulet gone.
charecter rolled back.
Divnes gone as well.

Support Comment via mail(as the Copy paste of tier email was removed by support ill make it short):

"WE are sorry to hear it. not our problem good luck."

So... GGG wont help those who are suffering from their mistakes and their servers due to constant DDOS attacks.

Nice game.
Never i was so pissed on this game till this moment.
And i dont care about the divines i care about the Item i got as there wont be such items any more.

and checking log and so.. is probobly too hard for them to do
