Huntress unable to Use Zone transitions

Good evening! Kaestiria Reporting in with a Strange little bug I stumbled into:

The "Bug" in question is one I came upon quite by accident, but presents a major issue in terms of progressing the story or indeed gameplay of any sort: I made a huntress a few days ago on the seasonal league and got to Clearwater before I had to stop for the night, I logged out in Clearwater and logged back in some days later to begin playing and found that I could not engage with the zone transition out of Clearwater camp. Waypoint activation worked as intended but as this was a new character I could not leave the town via this method. A friend was able to join me in a party and provide an exit of sorts via teleporting to them, and town portals function as intended but any and all zone transition barriers I encounter highlight but do not allow map transition.

You mean Clearfell?!

You need to use your quest (green) Uncut Skill Gem before entering Clearfell (a tooltip on the entry should indicate this too).
