CPU - GPU BUG

The CPU usage is constantly at 100%, and the GPU usage randomly drops from 99% to 0% for no apparent reason. The game goes from 135 FPS to 0 and then ramps back up again. This issue only occurs in this game. It would be great if this could finally be addressed, as it's getting a bit ridiculous that testing the game properly isn't even possible.

Resolution: 1080p

Graphics settings: High

GPU: RTX 4060 Ti

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X

RAM: 32 GB

I'm experiencing 8-9ms CPU latency pretty much all the time. I'm curious to see what GGG's answer is
