blink on weapon set 2 not working sometimes

just fyi i use a chiming staff with sigil of power skill on my weapon set 2 and have blink set to only weapon set 2. sometimes when i swap to weapon set 2 my blink shows its ready to be used top left but it just straight up doesn't work. the only way to fix it is by re-equipping the chiming staff then it works perfectly fine. this happens not frequently but enough to where it's annoying and sometimes die because of it.
