Re forging bench doesn't work for any characters on new league.

The reforging bench in path of exile 2 for my account on PlayStation 5 seems to be disabled and is not active on any of my characters in any of the towns or hideout.

The reforge bench is tied to completion of the forge map in Act 3 in the same league. If none of your characters in the new league have completed the quest, successful completion of it in the new league should unlock it for all characters in the new league. Then you'll have to run it again for any subsequent leagues.
