Stuttering/frame drops/high cpu spikes

G'day,

Prior to the most recent update 0.2.1, I encountered no issues with server stability, frame drops or stuttering, after this patch, I have noticed the following on my setup:

- strix 3090
- 64gb ddr5
- 10900 proc
- 5tb raid 5 gaming partition 2tb raid 5 OS

-> installed 0.2.1 and the following issues encountered:
-> High cpu spikes, when CPU spikes, frames drop from 127fps down to 20fps+-

-> I have played around with settings, reduced all vid settings and this appears to do nothing, played with nvidia settings = no change.

-> Things to note, I did turn of trade and global chat which improved fps and latency by 30ish frames
