My loot just vanished...

Just finished up a Temple of Chaos and opened my chest at the end. When I tried to leave it said "failed to join instance". So i logged out and back in, thinking it might fix it... and all my loot from the last boss and chest are gone. Just lovely.

May want to look into this.
