Ping spike issue

Im using 1 TB speed connection , I dont have any connection issue. But my ping is going up to +300 400 every second from 60-75 like hearthbeat. In maps mostly throw me to login screen and says "disconnected from server". When I relog to game Im finding myself in hideout and lost all drops from map& lost map as well. I tried to use different server. Nothing changed.How tf I can fix this?
