Trail of Chaos ps5 infinite loading

Day 90 of posting till ggg fixed this stupid game. Infinite loading screen on trial of Chaos unable to enter can only save character by doing couch co-op. Happens to most ps5 mainly. Unable to access a whole entire endgame feature in a game with limited endgame already due to devs just ignoring the 100 other post on here about said topic.
