Console glitches (xbox)

Jewel sockets glitched, can only see on jewel on item, have to double click every jewel separately to view.
Consistent lag and visual glitches as well. And immunities to ailments is not properly working either. Keep dying to burning ground, frozen, and shocked grounds.
