Can't Attack w/ Skills

During 1 or 2 mob encounters in a given endgame map I'm suddenly unable to attack at all for quite some time, sometimes up to 7 seconds. I've tried a few different thing like dodge rolling or using other attacks but those don't help. There is a chance that pressing two different skill keys precisely at the same time corrects the issue but I'll need to test that some more. I didn't have this problem during the campaign play through, it seems like a new issue that has popped up. I'm using the same Wooting keyboard I've always used.
